These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Gamyus platform provided by Gamyus Inc. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Gamyus. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to cheat, exploit, or manipulate tournaments, leaderboards, or challenges; harass other users; upload unlawful content; or interfere with the operation of the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Tournaments, Wallet & Loyalty
Participation in tournaments, wallet transactions, and loyalty rewards is subject to additional rules displayed within the Service. Entry fees, prizes, and rewards are governed by those rules and applicable law. We reserve the right to void results obtained through fraud or violation of these Terms.
5. Disputes
Match and tournament disputes are handled through the in-platform disputes process. Decisions made by Gamyus or designated organisers regarding gameplay disputes are final.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, logos, and content, is owned by Gamyus or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Certain provisions survive termination, including those relating to liability and dispute resolution.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gamyus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
